中医特色护理原发性高血压随机平行对照研究

TCM Features Essential Hypertension Treatments Randomized Parallel Group Study

[目的]观察中医特色护理原发性高血压临床疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例行常规降压药物护理。护理组中医特色护理,1中医养护;2膳食指导;3保健按摩;4药浴与足疗护理。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、不良反应。连续护理3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组显效24例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率97.14%。对照组显效18例,有效10例,无效7例,总有效率80.00%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医特色护理原发性高血压效果显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the characteristics of Chinese medicine treatment of essential hypertension clinical efficacy. [ Methods] random parallel control method, 70 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 35 routine care routine antihypertensive drugs. Chinese characteristics, nursing care group, （1） TCM conservation ; （2） dietary g^idance ; （3） massage ; （4） medicated bath and foot care. 7d is a continuum of care treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 3 courses continuum of care, to determine efficacy. [ Results] care group, 24 cases markedly effective in 10 cases, one case, the total efficiency of 97.14%. The control group 18 cases markedly effective in 10 cases, seven cases, the total efficiency of 80.00%. Care group was better than in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Chinese characteristics, treatment of essential hypertension significant effect, worthy of promotion.
