摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,智慧社区的建设已成为社区发展的新模式。智慧社区的建设有助于满足社区居民的需求,创造优美、安全的社区环境,提升政府的管理水平,提升企业可持续发展的能力。本文在比较国内外智慧社区建设经验的基础上,分析了智慧社区的特征,并以安徽省淮南市为例,分析了中部城市社区管理面临的问题,提出了以政府为主导的中部城市智慧社区建设的原则和对策。
With the city to speed up the process, construction of intelligent community has become a new mode of community development. The construction of intelligent community helps to meet community needs, to create a beautiful, safe community environment ; to enhance the management level of government; to enhance the ability of sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the comparison of domestic and international intelligence community construction experience, this article analyzes the characteristics of the intelligence community, and takes the Anhui province Huainan city as example, analyzes the central city community management problems, puts forward the principles and the countermeasures of city intelligent community construction.
