参与式发展视角下的残疾人社区参与问题论析

FROM THE PARTICIPATORY DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE TO DISCUSS AND ANALYSE THE DISABLED COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

参与式发展理论强调以赋权为核心,以角色互动为纽带,所涉及群体及组织均参与到问题的解决之中。本文以此为视角,认为残疾人社区参与的主体包括残疾人自身及其家庭。从政治、经济、社会和文化等方面构建残疾人的社区参与体系,可以改变残疾人不利的社会环境,保障残疾人各项权利得以实现。

The theory of participation development emphasizes empowerment as the core and role - interaction as the bond. It involves interactive groups and organizations to participate in the solution of the problems. From this perspective, we can summarize the main body composition of disabled community participation, and encourage the disabled and their families to participate in community activities actively. It could build the disabled community participation system from the political, economic, social and cultural aspects. With this could change the terrible social environment and protect the rights for the disabled.
