公司作为市场经济的主要参与者,其能否顺利运行直接关系到国家和社会的繁荣与稳定,而公司顺利运行的前提条件就是资本的充实与合法。现物出资作为一种出资方式,对其适格性要件的分析和类型的把握,将有助于我国现物出资制度的建设与完善。
Company as a major player in the market economy, its ability to run smoothly is directly related to the prosperity and stability of the state and society, which is established in the substantial and legitimate capital. Shareholders＇ physical contribution as a matter of contribution, analyzing its types and grasping reasonable elements will contribute to construct and improve the legal system of share- holders＇ physical contribution.
