Construction on the Long-term Mechanism of Basic Public Cultural System in Hebei Province

围绕河北省公共文化服务,就城乡居民对公共文化设施了解度、拥有情况和使用率、各地开展公共文化活动种类和居民公共文化需求等方面进行了问卷调查与分析,从宣传、资金、人才、管理、服务等方面就如何推进河北公共文化服务体系长效运行机制建设进行了论述。

Around the public cultural service, this paper has carried on the questionnaire survey and analysis about the urban and rural residents＇ understanding degree, ownership and usage rate for cultural facilities, public cultural activity types in each area, residents＇ public cultural needs and other factors. Meanwhile it discusses how to impel the construction on the long-term mechanism of basic public cultural system in Hebei province from publicity, capital, talents, management and service.
