穴位贴敷联合西药治疗新生儿肺炎随机平行对照研究

Acupoint Sticking Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察穴位贴敷联合西药治疗新生儿肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例抗病毒、抗感染、解痉、雾化吸入、供氧等治疗。治疗组40例穴位贴敷（甘草炙、麻黄炙各20g,元胡、丹参各15g,白介子10g,冰片3g）,研粉,米醋与蜂蜜调糊,取定喘、丰隆、脾俞、肺俞、膻中、天突、足三里等穴,适量膏体贴敷于穴位上,无菌医用纱布固定,4~6h后揭下,清水擦拭;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效50例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效14例,有效15例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]穴位贴敷联合西药治疗新生儿肺炎效果显著,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 18 cases had marked effect, effectively and 50 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 95.00%. Control group 14 cases were markedly effective, effective 15 cases effectiveness and 11 cases, total effective rate was 72.50%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Acupoint sticking combined western medicine treatment of neonatal pneumonia effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
