摘要
[目的]观察针刺+电磁波照射+推拿+功能康复训练治疗肩周炎疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计对46例门诊患者1针刺;2电磁波照射;3推拿;4功能康复训练;1次/d,先针灸,电磁波照射,然后推拿,功能康复训练;针刺采用平补平泻手法,留针20-30min,留针同时SL照射治疗;随后再推拿,功能康复训练;根据患者整体情况,包括舌苔、脉象、气血虚实以及兼症等,辨症加减穴位;推拿手法以轻柔为主,点按、被动活动、被动扳法以能忍受为度,总体时间20min左右,指导患者功能康复训练。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肩关节功能、肩关节疼痛、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。随访6个月,观测复发率。[结果]痊愈30例,显效12例,有效4例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]针刺+电磁波照射+推拿+功能康复训练治疗肩周炎效果显著,值得推广。

[ Results ] 30 cases recovered, 12 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 0 cases, the total efficiency of 100%. [ Conclusion ] Acupuncture combined with electromagnetic wave irradiation + massage + function rehabilitation training in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
