秋泻灵合剂联合灌肠、药物敷贴及护理干预小儿秋季腹泻125例临床观察

[目的]观察秋泻灵合剂联合灌肠、药物敷贴及护理干预小儿秋季腹泻疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,将125例住院患者使用秋泻灵合剂（杜仲炭、大腹皮、滑石、黄芩、葛根各15g,佛手、藿香、佩兰、甘草、五味子各10g,桂枝7g,黄连5g）,1剂/d,6~12月10mL/次,〉12个月15mL/次,〉24个月20mL/次,〉36个月30mL/次,2次/d,间隔时间〉8h。灌肠：抽取适量秋泻灵合剂,连接头皮针,石蜡棉对肛周及头皮针润滑,头皮针插入肛门缓慢推入,30min/次,1次/d。药物敷贴（茴香3g,延胡索5g,吴茱萸、丁香各3g,肉桂5g）,磨粉,温水调膏敷肚脐,2~4h/次,2次/d。合理搭配饮食,严密观察患儿生命体征变化。护理干预（一般护理、健康指导、饮食护理、药物护理、便后护理）。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、大便性状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈109例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率为96.80%。[结论]秋泻灵合剂联合灌肠、药物敷贴及护理干预小儿秋季腹泻效果显著,值得推广。

[ Methods ] 125 cases of hospitalized patients with Chinese medicine intervention in autumn diarrhea spirit mixture （ Duzhongtan, Dafupi, Huashi, Huangqi, Gegen each 15 g, Foushou, Huoxiang, Peilan, Gancao, Wuweizi each 10g, GuizhiTg, Huanglian 5g）, l/d, 10ml/6 - 12 months, 15ml≥12months time, 20ml≥24months, 30ml≥36 months time, 2 times/ d, time interval 〉 8 h;Traditional Chinese medicine enema： 20 ml and 50 ml syringe extraction mixture reagent, a moderate amount of autumn diarrhea spirit connect scalp needle, paraffin wax cotton to crissum and scalp needle lubrication, the scalp needle is inserted into the anus will slowly push of liquids, for 30min ; Medication patches （Huixiang3g, Yanhusuo5g, Wuzhuyu, Dingxiang each 3g, Rougui 5g）, flour, warm the cream apply navel, 2 times/d, 2 - 4h/time. In addition to reasonable collocation food, strict observation of vital signs in children with changes. Nursing intervention （ general nursing, health guidance, diet nursing, medication nursing;toilet care ） . Continuous treatment 5 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] 109 cases cured, 12 cases effective, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.80%. [ Conclusion ] Spirit the autumn diarrhea mixture combined enema, drugs sticking and nursing intervention of infantile autumn diarrhea effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
