中医时间护理干预风火上扰型高血压随机平行对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]观察中医时间护理干预风火上扰型高血压效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组35例常规护理干预措施,入院后全面评估基本情况,根据病情采用心理护理、健康教育、用药指导及行为干预等。治疗组35例中医时间护理:择时服药、辨证施治、周月节律中医护理。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效17例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率77.14%。对照组显效8例,有效12例,无效15例,总有效率57.14%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中医时间护理干预风火上扰型高血压效果满意,值得推广。 [ Objective ] To observe the curative effect time of TCM nursing intervention high blood pressure. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 70 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. The control group of 35 cases of routine nursing intervention measures, comprehensive assessment basic situation after admission, according to the condition with psychological nursing, health education, medication guide and behavior intervention, etc. The treatment group 35 examples of traditional Chinese medicine nursing time:choose the medicine, the evidence-based medicine, weeks, months rhythm of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group of 17 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 77.14%. Control group 8 cases were markedly effective, effective 12 cases, 15 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 57.14%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group ( P〈0.01 ) . [ Conclusion ] Time TCM nursing intervention of high blood pressure effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
