QuEChERS/快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱法测定尿中痕量毒鼠强 被引量:7

Determination of tetramine in urine by QuEChERS /rapid solvent extraction gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立用快速溶剂萃取仪结合QuEChERS萃取尿中毒鼠强的方法。方法称取氟罗里硅土40 g与尿样20 ml拌成沙状,放入事先在底部装有4 g无水硫酸镁、2 g无水乙酸钠、100 mg PSA、100 mg GCB萃取池中用快速溶剂萃取仪,气相色谱法测定。结果在0.000μg/L^1 000μg/L之间具有良好线性关系,r值为0.9995,RSD在0.91%~3.21%之间,回收率在97.8%~104.7%之间,最低检出限为0.05μg/L,定量下限为2.14μg/L。结论该方法的精密度、回收率、检出线、定量下线等各项方法指标均符合痕量分析的要求,适合尿中痕量毒鼠强快速诊断检测。 Objective To establish a method for extracting tetramine in urine by accelerated solvent extraction combined with QuEChERS extraction. Methods The Florisil 40 g and urine 20 ml was shaped to mix sand and then was put into the instrument with 4 g anhydrous sulfate Magnesium,2 g anhydrous sodium acetate,100 mg PSA,100 mg GCB extraction at the bottom in advance,using accelerated solvent extraction to extract,and then were analyzed by gas chromatography. Results The result has a good linear relationship between 0 μg /L and 1 000 μg /L,r = 0. 9995,RSD value is between 0. 91% and 3. 21%,recovery rate is between 97. 8% and 104. 7%,the detection limit is 0. 05 μg /L,the lower limit of quantification was 2. 14 μg /L.Conclusion The method's precision,recovery rate,detection line of the assembly line,the method of quantitative indicators are in line with the requirements of trace analysis,suitable for rapid detection of tetramine in urine.
