婴幼儿腹泻粪便中轮状病毒和腺病毒检出分析 被引量:3

Analysis of rotavirus and adenovirus detected from feces of infants with diarrhea

摘要 目的分析轮状病毒和腺病毒引起人(特别是婴幼儿)急性腹泻感染情况,可为临床提供早期、快速、准确、可靠的依据,以便及时采取相应的治疗和隔离措施,使病人早日康复。方法采用深圳市惠安生物科技有限公司提供的轮状病毒(A组)/腺病毒检测试剂盒(胶体金法),对2013年1月-2013年12月,来本院儿科门诊就诊的1 315例5岁以下的腹泻婴幼儿粪便标本,进行轮状病毒抗原和腺病毒抗原检测。结果 1 315例标本中轮状病毒阳性285例(21.67%)。腺病毒阳性84例(6.39%),轮状病毒和腺病毒同时阳性9例(0.68%)。结论轮状病毒和腺病毒感染是婴幼儿腹泻的主要致病原。轮状病毒感染明显高于腺病毒,轮状病毒感染有明显的季节性。腺病毒感染呈全年散发流行,未表现出明显的季节性。轮状病毒和腺病毒双重感染机率较小。 Objective To analyze the rotavirus and adenovirus which causes( especially the infants) acute diarrhea infection and provide an early,rapid,accurate,and reliable basis for clinical treatment and isolation and then take corresponding measures in time,which will make the patient recover at an early date. Methods We can use ELISA kit for the detection of rotavirus( group A) /kit adenovirus( colloidal Jin Fa) offered by Huian Biological Technology Limited Company in Shenzhen to detect the rotavirus antigen and adenovirus antigen in 1315 cases of infants' diarrhea stool specimens under5 years old in 2013 January- 2013 year in December in our hospital outpatient department of Pediatrics. Results Among the 1315 samples,rotavirus was positive in 285 patients( 21. 67%). Adenovirus was positive in 84 patients( 6. 39%). Rotavirus and adenovirus were positive in 9 cases( 0. 68%). Conclusion Rotavirus and adenovirus infection was the major pathogen of infantile diarrhea. Rotavirus infection is significantly higher than that of adenovirus,and rotavirus infection is obviously seasonal. Adenovirus infection is sporadically popular all the year and is not obviously seasonal. The probability of dual infection of rotavirus and adenovirus is very small.
