摘要
针对矩形橡胶密封件,论述了密封圈的密封机理和材料的本构模型,运用有限元分析技术,分析了矩形密封圈的压缩率、温度和油压对Von Mises应力和接触应力的影响。结果表明:矩形密封圈压缩率、温度和油压对Von Mises应力和接触应力有很大影响,为密封圈的设计提供了理论依据。
Giving a introduction of sealing mechanism and the property model of the rectangular rubber seals, the finite element model was established to research the influence of the Von Mises stress and contact stress by the compression ratio, temperature and pressure of oil. The results showed that the compression ratio, temperature and pressure of oil could affect the sealing performance of the rectangular rubber seals. It provided a theoretical basis for the design of the sealing ring.
