摘要
该文针对黄骅港一期堆料机悬臂皮带机的重锤式张紧装置进行改造,新设计去掉原有的配重块和配重滚筒,不但减小了设备的重量,也避免了配重块、配重滚筒等部件与堆料机的回转支撑结构发生运动干涉。由于没有配重块和配重滚筒,与之配套设计的配重前、后改向滚筒也没有必要存在,将堆料机悬臂皮带机系统由原来的5个滚筒,锐减到2个,大大简化了设备结构,不但减轻悬臂的重量,而且节约了输送带,提高设备运行的稳定性、降低故障率等具有重大作用。

Because there is no weight blocks and weight roller, and the matching design of front weight and the back redirection rollers are not necessary. And the number of the rollers in stacker cantilever's belt conveyor system is reduced to 2 from 5, so the equipment structure is greatly simplified, not only reduce the weight of the cantilever, and save the conveyor belt, improve the stability of the equipment operation, plays an important role of reducing the failure rate.
