摘要
该文介绍了数控机床上的常见液压系统应用和数控机床液压系统故障的表现形式,分析了数控机床上液压系统一般故障的处理方法,提出了液压系统故障的排除方法和步骤。对两例数控机床上液压故障排除进行分析,提出了数控机床液压系统故障排除应具备的知识能力。
This paper introduces the common faults of hydraulic system application forms and hydraulic system of CNC machine tool CNC machine tools on the general processing method, analyzes the faults of hydraulic system of CNC machine tool, the hydraulic system troubleshooting method and steps. The two cases were excluded NC machine tool hydraulic fault analysis, the fault of hydraulic system of machine tool NC exclusion should have the knowledge and ability.
