摘要
现代机械设备的综合要求是高可靠性、长寿命、节能和环保。该文从摩擦学的基本理论阐述了液压侧板摩擦副的润滑设计、润滑状态f-λ特性曲线,润滑剂的选择以及润滑诊断。
High reliability, long life, energy conservation and environmental protection are the required collecting indexes of modem mechanical equipment. This paper introduces the design and diagnosis of lubrication for the hydraulic side plate on mechanical equipment, explains the related lubricating condition f-λ performance characteristics, the selection of lubricants and the diagnosis of lubrication on the basis of the fundamental theory of tribology.
