摘要
橡胶O形圈的应用非常广泛,该文着重阐述了O形圈在航空航天领域的发展。从理论预测到现代的数值解法,密封圈的接触压力等参数的计算精度逐渐提高。橡胶材料属于高分子材料,有很强的非线性,在高分子领域,橡胶材料模型的描述仍然是个难题;橡胶材料经过一定的工艺加工成O形圈,其机械性能的研究更加复杂。国内外学者用试验、模拟等方法对橡胶O形圈的性能进行了研究,取得了很多成果。
Rubber O-ring has a very wide range of application, this paper expounds the O-ring development in the field of aerospace.The calculation precision of parameters for theseal ring, such as contact pressure, increase gradually from the theoretical predictions to the mod- erunumerical method. Rubber material belongs to high polymer material, which has a strong nonlinearproperty, the description of the rubber material model is still a problem in the field of polymer.After some processing technology of rubber O-ring, its mechanical properties re- search is much more complicated. Scholars at home and abroad with the methods of experiment and simulation studied the performance of the rubber o-ring and have made a lot of progress.
