摘要
根据传统液压元件故障诊断系统的不足,提出了应用远程协同诊断技术实现液压元件高效率故障诊断。论述了液压元件远程协同诊断系统的组织结构,分析了协同诊断系统的关键技术之一网格,并应用网格方法构建整个系统平台,给出了实现液压元件远程协同故障诊断的方案。
According to the shortcomings of traditional fault diagnosis system of hydraulic components, putting forward the application of remote cooperative diagnosis technology to achieve high efficiency of fault diagnosis of hydraulic components. Discusses the advantages of collaborative diagnosis, the organization structure of hydraulic components remote collaborative diagnosis system, and the application of grid method to construct the whole system, given the realization of hydraulic components remote collaborative fault diagnosis scheme.
