摘要
薄壁套筒壁薄,刚性差,由于切削力和夹紧力等因素的影响,导致此类零件在加工过程中产生加工变形和振动。该文针对薄壁套筒加工过程中出现变形和振动原因进行分析,提出解决方案,经过实际验证,能够有效地保证薄壁套筒的加工质量,这为薄壁套筒加工提供思路和方法,同时也提高了产品的可靠性。
Wall thickness of thin-wall sleeve is filmy, its stiffiaess is bad. Due to the influence of the cutting force and claming force, such parts will be producing deformation and vibration in the process of machining. In this paper, the reason of appearing deformation and vibration in the process of machining is analysised, the solution is came up with. Through practical verification, the solution can ensure the processing quality of the thin-wall sleeve effectively. This provide idea and method to the processing of thin-wall sleeve, and the product reliability will be improved at the same time.
