摘要
ZLBCB-40.50变速泵是装载机变速系统的专用齿轮泵,该泵具有结构简单、安装方便、造价低、可靠性高等优点,在我国基础建设日新月异的进程中随着土方机械的发展得到了广泛的应用。历经多次改进其性能和可靠性得到了很大的提高,然而在发动机高速旋转时出现噪声严重、压力失稳、容积效率下降等吸空现象未得到显著改善,该文对此现象提出技术改进方案,对今后研发高速型的变速泵提供参考。
ZLBCB 40.50 is a special loader transmission pump variable speed pump, the pump has simple structure, convenient installation, low cost, high reliability, etc. The infrastructure construction in our country is in the process of changing with the development of earth moving machinery has been widely used. After several times to improve its performance and reliability has been greatly improved, but there was a noise in the engine at high speed serious instability, volumetric efficiency, pressure drop empty phenomenon has not been improved significantly, which including technical improvement scheme is put forward in this paper, this phenomenon, provide reference for future research and development type high speed variable speed pump.
