摘要
工程机械多路阀阀芯表面镀铬的重大缺陷是烧焦、针孔、麻点和凹坑,这些缺陷能产生毛刺,在零件应用中该毛刺危害大,如果无去毛刺、光整加工,这种毛刺难于发现,往往会在液压件工作数百小时后掉落,造成卡阀故障。该文简要介绍了检测阀芯镀铬孔隙率的方法,同时提出了快速检测与去毛刺、光整加工相结合的新思路。
The engineering machinery multi-way valve core's major defects are burning, pinhole, pitting and pits after chrome plated surface. The burr resulted form these defects is the biggest trouble in engineering application. The burr is more difficulty discovered without deburring and polishing process. The sticking valve is caused by burr dropping after hydraulic parts working hundreds of hours. The valve core chrome plating's porosity detecting method is introduced, and new ideas of the rapid detection combining with deburring and polishing is briefly put forward.
