眼底血管病变与脑小血管病的相关性研究

CORRELATION BETWEEN OPTICAL FUNDUS LESION AND CEREBRAL SMALL VESSEL DISEASE

目的探讨眼底血管病变与脑小血管病（CSVD）相关性。方法 CSVD病人68例,对照组病人74例,比较两组病人的一般资料及眼底血管病变的发生率和严重程度。结果 CSVD组病人中高血压、高脂血症、冠心病的发生率均高于对照组,且差异有显著性（χ2=5.020-22.160,P〈0.05）;CSVD病人眼底血管病变的发生率高于对照组,以视网膜动静脉比例异常为著（χ2=4.938,P〈0.05）。结论眼底血管病变与CSVD具有相关性,其中视网膜动静脉比例异常对CSVD的提示意义较大。

Objective To study the correlation between retinopathy and cerebral small vessel disease（CSVD）. Methods This study consisted of 68 patients with CSVD,and 74non-CSVD patients served as controls.The general data,the incidence and severity of retinal vascular disease were compared between the two groups. Results In the CSVD patients,the incidence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease was higher than that in the control group（χ2=5.020-22.160,P〈0.05）.The incidence of retinopathy in CSVD patients was higher than the controls,retinal AV ratio in particular（χ2=4.938,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Retinopathy and cerebral small vessel disease are relevant,of which,abnormal retinal AV ratio has more significance in suggestive of cerebral small vessel disease.
