职业院校学生学习压力与自我伤害行为相关性研究 被引量:4

LEARNING PRESSURE AND SELF-INJURIOUS BEHAVIOR IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS:A CORRELATION STUDY

摘要 目的探讨学习压力与职业院校学生自我伤害行为的相关性。方法通过随机整群抽样的方法对安徽省8 050名职业院校学生进行自我伤害行为的问卷调查,对学习压力与职业院校学生自我伤害行为进行相关性分析。结果职业院校学生总体自我伤害报告率为33.5%,其中男生自我伤害报告率为38.5%,女生自我伤害报告率为28.9%。学习成效压力、学习竞争压力和重度的家庭期望压力是造成学生自我伤害的主要因素,学习前景压力和学习气氛压力对其影响次之,学习条件压力和课业负担压力对学生自我伤害的影响最小。结论学习压力对职业院校学生的自我伤害行为产生负性影响。因此,在加强职业院校学生心理健康教育的同时,应积极开展对职业院校学生的减压工作,这对减少职业院校学生自我伤害行为的发生有积极的作用。 Objective To investigate the correlation between learning pressure and self-harm in vocational school students. Methods Using cluster random sampling, 8 050 students of vocational colleges of Anhui province were surveyed by questionnaire in terms of self-injurious behavior to analyze the correlation between their learning pressure and self-harm behaviors. Results Overall rate of reported self-harm in the students surveyed was 33.5 %, of which, schoolboy accounted for 38.5%, and schoolgirl 28.9 %. Pressure of learning effectiveness, competitive pressure of learning, and great expectations from family were the main factors attributing to self-harm, the pressure of future prospects on learning and learning atmosphere came next, the least influencing factors were learning condition and schoolwork. Conclusion Learning pressure has a negative influence on selPinju rious behavior in students of vocational schools. Therefore, when psychological health education is strengthened, pressure-relief work should also be actively carried out at the same time to reduce self-harm among the students.
