新生儿全身播散性真菌感染合并消化道穿孔一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿 男，5d。因“发热3d，腹胀2d”于2013年6月收入湖南省儿童医院新生儿科，患儿入院前3d无明显诱因出现发热，体温最高40．2℃，伴哭闹不安，偶有呕吐，吃奶明显减少，大便黄糊．每日10次左右，量较少，有腥臭味，
