All year round is suitable for plant growth. Some people say that in Laos, stick chopsticks into the ground and they can grow into trees. You can see from the plane that the whole of Laos is covered by woods. So, it is green. Vientiane, capital city of Laos, has a population of 610,000. There are nearly a thousand monks here. When you truly enter Vientiane, the red robes around make you feel this city is red.
