国产阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的最小成本分析

Cost-minimization analysis of home-made alendronate sodium in management of post menopausal osteoporosis

目的研究国产阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的经济学效果。方法选择120例绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者,随机分为2组。治疗组60例,服用国产阿仑膦酸钠片(70 mg,qw)和碳酸钙D3钙片(1片,qd);对照组60例,服用进口阿仑膦酸钠片(70 mg,qw)和碳酸钙D3钙片(1片,qd)。治疗6个月后,观察2组的临床疗效和不良反应情况,并进行成本效果分析。结果治疗组、对照组治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的总有效率分别为93.3%和95.0%(P>0.05),不良反应发生率分别为13.3%和11.7%(P>0.05),成本分别为1 227.98元和2 697.63元。结论阿仑膦酸钠国产制剂与进口制剂治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症疗效和不良反应均相当,但国产制剂成本低,值得临床推广使用。

AIM To study pharmacoeconomic value on home-made alendronate sodium in management of post menopausal osteoporosis. METHODS A total of 120 patients with post menopausal osteoporosis mellitus were randomly assigned 2 groups. Treatment group （60 patients） took home-made alendronate sodium tablets orally （70 mg, qw）, calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 tablets orally （1 tablet ,qd）. Control group （60 patients） took imported alendronate sodium tablets orally （70 mg,qw）, calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 tablets orally （1 tablet ,qd）. After 6 months＇ treatment, the cost of treatment, the therapeutic effects and the adverse drug reactions of these patients were observed. RESULTS The effective rate was 93.3 % and 95.0 % respectively in 2 group. The effective rate in the 2 groups was not significantly different（ P 〉 0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 13.3% in the treatment group and 11.7% in the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The incidence in the 2 groups was not significantly different （ P 〉 0.05 ）. But the cost was 1 227.98 yuan（RMB） in the treatment group and 2 697.63 yuan （RMB） in the control group, the cost was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group. CONCLUSION Therapeutic effects and adverse drug reactions of homemade alendronate sodium are same as those of imported drug except for lower cost. Home-made alendronate sodium is worthy of clinical use with lower costs.
