肝癌介入治疗后调整肠道菌群对肝功能及内毒素的影响作用

Effect of intestinal flora adjustment after interventional therapy for liver cancer on liver function and endotoxin

目的观察肝癌介入治疗后调整肠道菌群对肝功能及内毒素的影响。方法选取60例接受介入治疗的肝癌患者,通过计算机随机分组的方式将其分为试验组和对照组,每组均为30例。试验组患者接受介入治疗后服用微生态制剂,而对照组在介入治疗后给予常规处理不加服微生态制剂。观察两组患者治疗前后的谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及内毒素水平。结果两组患者治疗前的AST、ALT和内毒素水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组患者的AST低于对照组[(99.4±8.8)IU/L vs(185.7±13.6)IU/L,P<0.05];治疗后试验组患者的ALT水平低于对照组[(104.7±8.9)IU/L vs(156.8±15.8)IU/L,P<0.05];治疗后试验组患者的内毒素水平低于对照组[(95.8±4.8)ng/L vs(184.7±14.8)ng/L,P<0.05)。结论肝癌介入治疗后调整肠道菌群能显著改善肝功能,减少内毒素水平,有利于患者的预后。

Objective To observe the effect of intestinal flora adjustment after interventional therapy for liver cancer on liver function and endotoxin. Methods Sixty liver cancer patients receiving interventional therapy were randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 30） and control group（ n = 30）. Both groups had conventional treatment after the therapy while experimental group took probiotics in addition. aspartate transaminase（ AST）,alanine aminotransferase（ ALT） and endotoxin levels before and after the therapy were compared between two groups. Results No difference in AST,ALT and endotoxin levels before the therapy was observed in two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. After the therapy,AST,ALT and endotoxin levels in experimental group were all significantly lower than those in control group [（ 99. 4 ± 8. 8） IU /L vs（ 185.7 ±13.6） IU/L,（ 104.7 ±8.9） IU/L vs（ 156.8 ±15.8） IU/L,（ 95.8 ±4.8） ng/L vs（ 184.7 ±14.8） ng/L,all P〈 0. 05]. Conclusion Intestinal flora adjustment after interventional treatment for liver cancer can significantly improve liver function and reduce endotoxin level.
