乳腺癌内分泌治疗耐药的体外研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 常用的乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物,如抗雌激素药物——他莫昔芬(tamoxifen,TAM)可与雌激素竞争性结合雌激素受体,而芳香化酶抑制剂(aromatase inhibitors,AIs)能直接抑制雌激素的生成。随着体外细胞模型在乳腺癌耐药性研究中的发展和广泛应用,进一步了解内分泌耐药产生的内在机制,从而针对性地改进治疗方案。本文总结了TAM和AIs的耐药机制,并就以细胞模型为基础所进行的乳腺癌耐药性研究存在的优缺点进行了讨论。选择合适的细胞模型,有利于了解各类乳腺癌的耐药机制,为TAM和AIs耐药性乳腺癌寻找新的治疗方法提供重要依据。
