急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征发病机制的研究现状与展望 被引量:11

摘要 急性肺损伤(acute lung jnjury,ALI)和急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是一种急性弥漫性肺部炎症性肺损伤,伴随肺泡-毛细血管膜通透性增加所致的肺水肿,临床主要特征为低氧合、低肺顺应性、生理死腔增加及X线双肺斑片影.此定义基于近年来的研究,且认为ALI与ARDS的病因及发病机制均相同,仅仅是氧合受损程度及临床表现轻重不一,而且此二者是同一综合征的病情差别的表现,所以2011年欧洲危重症协会的柏林定义[1]去除了ALI,将ALI归入ARDS,根据ARDS病情严重程度分为轻、中、重三个亚型.
