Status Quo and Development of HF Token Ring Protocol

摘要 合适的多址接入协议是提升网络性能的关键。将无竞争的短波令牌环协议应用于短波数据通信网络,能有效避免数据冲突,提供较好的网络吞吐量和接入时延,更有利于发挥短波抗毁能力强、通信距离远的优点。总结了短波令牌环协议的基本概况,从令牌中继机制、病态网络拓扑结构、令牌环融合、节点状态转移等方面,归纳并分析了协议在运行机制方面的最新研究,并指出了需要解决的问题和今后的研究方向。 Appropriate multi-access ( MAC ) protocol is the key application of contention-free high frequency (HF) token ring work can effectively avoid data collision, offer better network to improving the network performance. The protocol in the HF data communication netthroughput and access time-delaying, and thus is beneficial for HF to bringing its superiority of strong resistance and long communication distance into full play. This paper summarizes the basic profile of HF token ring protocol. From the aspects of relay mechanism, pathological topologies, merging process of token ring and node state transition, the latest re- search on operating mechanism of the protocol is highlighted and research direction for the future work also pointed out.
