摘要
目的:探讨辅助生殖技术(ART)助孕中移植胚胎发育时期与异位妊娠的关系。方法:对2009年11月至2013年2月我院接受ART助孕并获得临床妊娠的6627个周期,胚胎移植的时间为取卵后48小时(D2)、72小时(D3)或120小时/148小时(D5/D6),依据移植时胚胎发育时期将数据分为D2组、D3组和D5/D6组,回顾性分析3组临床资料。结果:3组不孕的输卵管因素比率及有异位妊娠史比率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。D2组、D3组和D5/D6组异位妊娠总发生率分别为2.6%(7/272)、3.3%(196/5988)和3.0%(11/367),除外冻融移植周期后,新鲜移植周期D2组、D3组和D5/D6组异位妊娠发生率分别为2.7%(7/260)、2.9%(115/3949)和2.8%(7/255),差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:异位妊娠发生率与移植胚胎发育时期没有关系。
Objective:To examine the relevance between the embryo development in assisted reproductive technology(ART) cycles and ectopic pregnancy. Methods: To retrospectively analyze the clinical and laboratory data of 3382 fresh IVF-ET cycles,1082 fresh ICSI-ET cycles and 2163 frozen-thawed-ET cycles which resulted in clinical pregnancy from Nov 2009 to Feb 2013 in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university. According to the development stage when the embryos were transferred,the cycles were divided into three groups. D2 group, D3 group,and D5/6 group. Results:The ectopic pregnancy rate in Day 2, Day 3, and Day 5/6 group was 2.6% (7/272) ,3.3% ( 196/5988 ), and 3.0% ( 11/367 ), respectively, and there was no significant difference among groups( P 〉0.05). For only fresh transfers,the ectopic pregnancy rate in Day 2, Day 3, and Day 5/6 group was 2.7% (7/260) ,2.9% ( 115/3949 ), and 2.8% (7/255), respectively, and there was no significant difference among groups( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions: The embryo development stage in assisted reproductive technology cycles has no significant correlation with ectopic pregnancy.
