输血相关性急性肺损伤大鼠模型髓系细胞触发受体-1的表达

摘要 输血相关性急性肺损伤(TRALI)是输血过程中的常见严重并发症[1],其确切的发病机制尚不清楚.髓系细胞触发受体(TREM-1)是表达于中性粒细胞等髓系细胞表面的胞膜受体,可以触发并放大炎性反应,是炎性反应信号传导通路的重要介质,但其与TRALI的关系尚不明确.我们通过"二次打击"法建立TRALI大鼠模型,观察TREM-1在TRALI肺组织中的表达变化.
