CD105及血清中可溶性CD105表达检测对胶质瘤的诊断价值 被引量:2

Diagnostic value of serum serum CD105 and CD105 expression detection in glioma patients

摘要 目的 检测不同级别胶质瘤患者肿瘤组织中CD105及其血清中可溶性CD105(sCD105)表达,探讨其在胶质瘤诊断中的价值.方法 随机选择2011年1月至2012年1月期间住院治疗的脑胶质瘤患者62例,采用免疫组织化学法检测胶质瘤组织中CD105表达,以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测患者术前血清sCD105和白细胞介素(IL)-10的水平.结果 CD105在胶质瘤组织及正常脑组织中表达平均值分别为34.26±12.61和2.75 ±1.28;高级别胶质瘤、低级别胶质瘤患者及健康人血清中sCD105平均值分别为(26.63±1.16)、(15.90±0.37)、(7.26 ±0.30) g/L;胶质瘤组织中CD105及其血清sCD105表达水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05).血清sCD105表达与胶质瘤CD105表达呈正相关;血清sCD105、IL-10与胶质瘤病理级别密切相关.结论 CD105在胶质瘤组织中呈高表达,与胶质瘤恶性程度呈正相关. Objective To detect the CD105 expreesion in different grades of gliomas tissues and serum CD105 (sCD105) level,and further to indentify their diagnositic value in glioma.Methods Sixtytwo patients with gliomas were randomly selected in the Neurosurgery Department of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January2011 to January2012.The expression of CD105 in the gliomas tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The expression of sCD105 and IL-10 in the serum of glioma patients was examed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The expression of CD105 in gliomas and normal brain tissues was 34.26 ± 12.61 and 2.75 ± 1.28 respectively.The levels of sCD105 in high grade and low grade of gliomas,and controls were (26.63 ± 1.16),(15.90 ±0.37) and (7.26 ±0.30) g/L respectively.The expression of CD105 in glioma tissues and sCD105 was both higher than controls (P 〈 0.05).The levels of sCD105 and IL-10 in glioma patients were higer than normal controls (P 〈 0.05).The expression CD105,sCD105 and IL-10 were related to the pathological grades of gliomas.Conclusion CD105 and sCD105 could be dramatically up-regulated in the gliomas.There is a positive correlation between CD105 and sCD105 with glioma malignance.sCD105 can serve as an auxiliary index in glioma screening and classification.
