细胞诱导肝移植免疫耐受的研究进展

摘要 肝移植作为治疗急性肝功能衰竭和终末期肝病的最有效的方法,已得到广泛认可.但是,肝移植术后的急性和慢性排斥反应一直是术后肝功能缺失的主要原因之一.现就常见的细胞移植对移植肝功能的修复和诱导免疫耐受的作用作一综述.
