摘要 目的:对比分析口腔修复中的3种不同修复材料(树脂、陶瓷及金属),探讨其抗摩擦性能.方法:资料选自2013年4月~ 2014年4月在我院诊治的需修复牙齿的患者180例,共216颗牙,所有患者均行口腔修复治疗,按牙齿颗数随机分为3组,分别为树脂组、金属组、陶瓷组,每组72颗牙.其中,树脂组采用合成树脂材料修复,金属组采用合金材料进行修复,陶瓷组采用釉质瓷进行修复.分别于6个月、12个月后对3组牙齿的修复效果进行比较分析.结果:分析患者口腔修复的疗效情况.6个月后,树脂组、金属组、陶瓷组修复成功率分别为94.44%、93.06%、91.67%;12个月后,3组修复的成功率略有下降,分别为91.67%、88.89%、87.50%.对比分析可知,3组患者接受治疗后6个月及12个月内的修复成功率组间相比差异不具有显著性,无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在口腔修复过程中,合成树脂、合金、釉质瓷3种修复材料的抗摩擦性能没有明显差异,医生因综合考虑患者情况选择最优治疗方案. Objective Comparative analysis of 3 kinds of different repairmaterials in prosthodontics (resin, ceramic and metal), to investigate the anti friction performance. Methods Data from the 2013 April to 2014 April inour hospital 180 cases of patients with repaired teeth, 216 teeth,all the patients underwent dental treatment, according to the number of teeth were randomly divided into three groups, respectively,resin,metaI,ceramicgroup group group,each with 72 teeth. Among them,the resin group using synthetic resin materials to repair,metal group used alloy material to repair,ceramic group with porcelain enamel repair.In 6 months,a comparative analysis of effects on the repair group 3 teeth were 12 months later. Results analysis of curative effect of patients with oral repair.6 months later, resin, metal, ceramic group group group repair success rate were 94.44%, 93.06%, 91.67%; 12 months later,3 groups of repair success rate decreased slightly,respectively 91.67%,88.89%,87.50%. Comparing thethree groups of patients,after the treatment of 6 months and 12 months,the success rate between group differences were not significant,no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion In oral repair process, noobvious difference in anti friction performance of synthetic resin, alloy, porcelain enamel three repair materials, the doctor because of considering the patients to choose optimal treatment.
