皮内着色技术在昆白小鼠背部皮肤染色效果的研究

目的:将皮内着色技术应用到脱毛后的昆白小鼠,研究脱发的美容方法,从全新的角度对男性脱发进行美容。方法:将昆白鼠去除背部毛发后,用文身机刺针进行皮内着色,并将着色染料进行分级。结果:皮内着色后的小鼠无不良反应,着色效果佳,持久时间长,未见明显褪色,部分针刺点有局部晕色现象,可以通过调节进针深度而改善。结论:皮内着色无论是持续时间还是美观效果角度,比现有手段都更有优势,值得进一步研究,以得到更安全的着色剂,并进行临床试验。

Objective Intradermal coloring technology was applied to research on methods of hair loss in a new angle. Methods Erase the hair on the back of chosen mouse and classified the ink to dyethe skin with needles. Results No adverse reaction was found and the effect was good and lasting. To avoid the demitint,the depth of inserting of needle was adjusted which improved the effect. Conclusion The duration and effect of intradermal coloring technology had more advantages than the existing methods.It worth further study to find more secure colorants and then conducting clinical trials.
