摘要
多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)微环境产生的生存信号和生长因子,是MM细胞存活、生长和形成耐药的基础。MM相关性巨噬细胞是肿瘤微环境的重要组成成份,来源于外周血单核细胞,由MM细胞慕集而来,受MM细胞和间充质基质细胞激活,并释放多种生长因子、蛋白水解酶、细胞因子和炎性介质。作用机制包括以下几个方面:生成肿瘤血管、促进生长、形成耐药,从而导致疾病的进展。由于巨噬细胞对MM的生物学特性和疾病的发展过程起关键性作用,因此,MM相关性巨噬细胞可以作为靶点,用于MM的治疗。
The survival and growth signaling from the bone marrow microenvironment of multi -ple myeloma (MM) is important for the survival, growth, and drug resistance of MM cells.The my-eloma-associated macrophages are derived from peripheral monocytes recruited into the tumor .They can release a variety of growth factors, proteolytic enzymes, cytokines and inflammatory mediators once activated by MM cells and mesenchymal stromal cells .They can promote the angiogenesis and growth of the tumor, and drug resistance, leading to the progress of the disease.Myeloma-associat-ed macrophages play a key role in the development of MM .They may serve as a target for the treat-ment of MM.
