抗菌肽抗病原体、抑肿瘤及免疫调节作用

Role of Antimicrobial Peptides in the Inhibition of Pathogens and Tumors and Immunoregulation

摘要 抗菌肽是一类广泛存在于生物体内的小分子多肽。一方面,抗菌肽具有抗细菌、真菌、病毒等生物活性;另一方面,它可诱导促进生物体免疫应答,达到保护生物体的目的。其独特的作用机制以及在生物体内的免疫防御作用,使之成为继抗生素之后的又一类抑菌新星,具有巨大的应用价值。 Antimicrobial peptides, a low molecular polypeptide, extensively exist in organisms. They have antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activities. Besides, they can promote the immune response of the host, and therefore play an important role in the host protection. They are of great application value in clinical practice and have become a novel bacteriostatic agent due to their special action mechanisms and their effects on immunity.
