三七总皂苷对急性脑梗死患者血清VEGF和VEGFR含量的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponins on the Concentration of Plasma VEGF and VEGFR of the Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:研究三七总皂苷(PNS)对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和VEGF受体(VEGFR)的含量影响。方法:选择60例脑梗死患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例,并设立健康组60例,治疗组和对照组均给予脑梗死治疗,治疗组还给予PNS。采用ELISA法测定VEGF和VEGFR于入院时和治疗第14天血清含量的变化,治疗前及治疗后14 d进行神经功能评分。结果:治疗后14 d,治疗组的VEGF、VEGFR水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的神经功能评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PNS能提高ACI患者的VEGF和VEGFR表达水平,且能改善神经功能缺损。 Objective:To study the effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponins (PNS) on the concentration of plasma vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and plasma vascular endothelial growth factor receptor(VEGFR) of the patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods:Sixty ACI patients were divided into treatment Group and control group(n=30 in each group). Healthy Group of 60 healthy cases also set up. The treatment group and control group were given routine therapy, and the treatment group was given PNS. At admission and 14 days after the treatment, ELISA was used to determine VEGF and VEGFR concentration, and neurological deficit scores were recorded. Results:At the 14 days, the concentration of VEGF and VEGFR in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05), and there was significant difference between the neurological deficit scores of the treatment group and the control Group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:PNS can improve VEGF and VEGFR expression, and can improve neural function defect of ACI patients.
