β淀粉样肽与阿尔茨海默病的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是痴呆中最常见的类型。β淀粉蛋白(Aβ)被认为是导致该疾病的主要毒性物质,但具体是Aβ纤维丝还是寡聚体存在着争论。本综述以淀粉样蛋白级联假说为线索,阐述不同状态的Aβ的神经毒性以及它们之间的联系,对以Aβ为靶点的AD治疗有重要意义。
