摘要
目的:利用螺旋CT扫描数据建立含骨缝的犬单侧牙槽突裂三维有限元模型,为研究牙槽突裂植骨后的治疗提供评价工具。方法:基于螺旋CT扫描Beagle犬全头颅的Dicom数据,综合应用Mimics医学影像系统、Geomagic Studio几何软件和Femap有限元前处理软件,建立含骨缝犬单侧牙槽突裂的有限元模型。模型设计按动物实验要求,模拟临床上的扩弓治疗方式,在双侧犬齿上加载扩弓力,观察植骨区的应力和位移变化。结果:建立了含骨缝犬单侧牙槽突裂的三维有限元模型,模型的单元数和节点数分别为3 871 464和790 092。有限元分析结果与动物实验结果一致。结论:基于螺旋CT和Mimics、Geomagic Studio、Femap等软件相结合的方法,对含骨缝犬单侧牙槽突裂进行的三维几何重建和有限元建模,可用于生物力学分析。
PURPOSE: Three-dimensional finite element model of unilateral alveolar cleft with sutures in Beagle dogs was constructed using spiral CT scan data, with the aim to provide a tool for future experiment and clinical treatment plans in post-grafting patients. METHODS: Mimics, Geomagic Studio and Femap were used to construct the finite element model of unilateral alveolar cleft in Beagle dog with sutures using Dicom data from CT scan of the skull. The model design was based on an experimental study to observe the stress and displacement of graft area by exerting expansion force to bilateral teeth in the dogs, which simulated the expansion of dental arch in clinical treatment. RESULTS: A three-dimensional finite element model of unilateral alveolar cleft with sutures was constructed with 3 871 464 units and 790092 nodes. The result of the finite element calculation was similar to the experimental result. CONCLUSION: Spiral CT,Mimics, Geomagic Studio and Femap can be used to construct unilateral alveolar cleft with sutures in 3D geometry and finite element model, which can be used for further biomechanical analysis.
