颌骨放射性骨坏死是口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤放疗后常见的并发症之一,以下颌骨最为常见。自1983年Marx提出颌骨放射性骨坏死概念以来,众多学者不断研究,对颌骨放射性骨坏死的认识有了长足进步,但目前在很多方面仍存在争议,包括放射性骨坏死的病理生理、临床分类与分期、治疗等。下颌骨放射性骨坏死临床分类和分期对临床治疗具有重要意义,本文对其进行综述,旨在为临床治疗提供帮助。

Osteoradionecrosis is a common postirradiation complication of head and neck cancer treatment, which occurs predominantly in the mandible. Since Marx defined the concept of osteoradionecrosis of the jaws in 1983, great progresses has been made in understanding of osteoradionecrosis of the jaws. But there are still many controversies in the physiopathology, clinical classification, stage, treatment, and etc. Clinical classification and stage of osteoradionecosis of the mandible is very important for clinical treatment. This review focused on the clinical classification and stage of osteoradionecosis of the mandible and its clinical significance.
