阿替卡因肾上腺素下颌浸润麻醉致暂时性面瘫1例报告及文献复习

Transient facial nerve palsy following mandibular local infiltration anesthesia:report of one case and review of the literature

暂时性面瘫是口腔科局部麻醉的并发症之一,多见于下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉和上牙槽后神经阻滞麻醉后。本文报道1例因阿替卡因肾上腺素行下颌局部浸润麻醉致面神经下颌缘支麻痹的病例,并对因口腔局麻引起面神经相关症状的文献进行回顾分析。

Transient facial nerve palsy, as a complication of dental local anesthetic injection, often occurs after inferior alveolar nerve block and posterior superior alveolar nerve block anesthesia. The purpose of this article was to report a case of transient facial palsy as a result of mandibular local infiltration anesthesia, which occurred 30 min after injection and completely recovered within 3 hours. The relevant literatures were also reviewed.
