油基-碳纳米管纳米流体对45^#钢性能的影响

摘要 采用X-Y函数记录仪(LM20A-200型),测定30#机油及油基-碳纳米管(CNTs)纳米流体淬火液冷却特性曲线。研究CNT含量的变化对油基-CNT纳米流体淬火液冷却特性曲线及45#钢硬度的影响。结果表明:随着CNTs含量的增加,纳米流体的冷却能力逐渐增大;采用质量分数为1.5%的油基-碳纳米管纳米流体淬火液和30#机油分别对45#钢进行淬火处理,经油基-碳纳米管纳米流体淬火液淬火后45#钢的硬度有所提高。 Cooling curves of oil based-carbon nanotube(CNTs)nanofluids quenchant and 30#oil were measured by using X-Yfunction recorder. The effect of Carbon Nanotube(CNT)concentration on the cooling characteristic curves and mechanicalproperties of 45^#steel was studied during immersion quenching in oil based-CNT nanofluids. The results show that the coolingpower of nanofluids increases with the increase of CNTs concentration. The 45^# steel samples were quenched by mass fraction1.5% oil based-carbon nanotube(CNT)nanofluids quenchant and 30^# oil. The results show that mechanical properties of 45^# steel with oil based-carbon nanotube nanofluids quenchant is better than that with 30^# oil.
