摘要
[目的]综述基因调控技术的最新研究进展,全面分析控释技术在骨组织工程中应用。[方法]广泛查阅近几年来国内外关于骨组织工程中基因表达调控的相关文献,并进行综述。[结果]基因调控技术能够严格调节成骨成血管因子表达,可以有效的避免生长因子过度表达,而导致有害的异位骨化或异常骨的形成以及异常血管或肿瘤血管的形成。[结论]生理状态下骨修复重建是多种生长因子在细胞内序贯表达,通过不同基因调控技术模拟生理状态下成血管和成骨因子序贯释放,将为研究血管化组织工程骨提供新策略。
[Objective]To review the latest research progress of gene regulation technology,and to thoroughly analyze its application in bone tissue engineering.[Method]Domestic and international literature on gene expression regulation in recent years was extensively reviewed and analyzed. [Result]The gene regulation technology could strictly regulate gene expression and effectively avoid over- expression of the bioactive factors that lead to the formation of ectopic bone or abnormal bone,as well as the development of hemangioma or abnormal blood vessels. [Conclusion]The physiological state of bone repair and reconstruction need a variety of growth factors sequential expression,through gene regulation technology to simulate this pattern to release. It will offer a new strategy for constructing vascularized bone tissue engineering.
