持续质量改进在行肝穿刺活检术患者健康教育中的应用

Application of continuous quality Improvement in health education of patients who undergoing liver blopsy/Yan

目的：探讨持续质量改进在经彩超引导下行肝穿刺活检术患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法：将106例拟行肝穿刺活检术的患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者给予常规肝穿刺活检术护理，观察组应用持续质量改进模式对患者进行管理。结果：两组患者均无严重并发症发生，观察组患者满意度与对照组相比无统计学差异，但出院时相关知识知晓率均高于对照组。结论：应用持续质量改进模式可提高经彩超引导下肝穿刺活检术患者的健康教育质量，有助于护士向患者提供优质护理服务，改善护患关系。

To discuss the application of continuous quality improvement in patients with health education by ultrasound guided liver biopsy. We divided 106 patients who underwent liver biopsy into observation group and control group, the control group were treated with routine liver biopsy care, while observation group were managed with application of continuous quality improvement model. Both groups were no serious complication,patient satisfaction were no significant differences between two groups, but at discharge were higher awareness of relevant knowledge. Continuous quality improvement not only to improve the quality of health education in patients by ultrasound-guided liver biopsy , but also to improve relationship between the nurses and patients.
