摘要
目的:探讨品管圈在降低ICU注射泵应用错误报警率,提高注射泵完好备用率及增加护理人员应用满意度方面的作用。方法:通过2012年6至12月ICU对品管圈活动的推行工作,活动主题“提高注射泵的使用效率及正确性”。在圈长的带领下,共同拟定出注射泵发生错误报警率及影响护理人员不能正常使用注射泵的主要原因,由圈长带领认真分析护理工作中容易发生的错误操作,经过相关医疗器械公司培训人员对注射泵使用的系统培训,再针对主要原因制定相应对策,分阶段进行实施,通过比较、分析品管圈方法实施前后注射泵的错误报警原因及次数、注射泵使用方法的正确性和护士对注射泵的应用反馈,每月进行检讨,逐步调整实施方案。结果:全科注射泵的错误报警率由应用品管圈前27.3%降至品管圈后2.8%,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01);备用注射泵的完好率由品管圈前65.3%升至品管圈后98.5%;护士满意度由品管圈前58.8%升至品管圈后99.4%,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01)。结论:品管圈活动能有效提高注射泵的应用正确性,减少注射泵的异常故障发生的频率,使注射泵应用起来更加方便、高效,提高了护士的工作效率,减少了由注射泵引起的潜在医疗危险,值得在临床上推广应用。
Forming a quality control circle (QCC) to lower false alarm rate and increase the percentage reserve of syringe pump in ICU as wel as satisfy the ICU nurses when pumping syringe. From June to December in2012, ICU performed a quality control circle named“Increase the correcting use of syringe pump”. First of al , find the reason of false alarm rate of syringe pump with the head of QCC. Trough the systematic training provided by the syringe pump company trainers draw up the countermeasure, then practice step by step. To compare the difference (false alarm rate and the accuracy of using the pump by nurses ) before and after performing the QCC, to inquire the satisfaction of ICU nurses when using syringe pump, discuss monthly and right the way progressively. After performing the QCC, the false alarm rate decrease form 27.3%to 2.8%(P〈0.01),the percentage reserve raise from 65.3 to 100%;the satisfaction of nurses go up from 58.8%to 99.4%(P 〈0.01). This QCC is useful to increase the accuracy of pumping syringe, reduce the false alarm rate. Advance the working rate of nurses and minimize the potential risk of nursing job. It is worth wel to popularize in clinical practice.
