椎管内肿瘤围手术期护理干预30例

Perioperative Nursing Intervention on 30 Cases Intraspinal Tumors

目的：探讨椎管内肿瘤手术患者围手术期积极护理干预的效果。方法：对30例椎管内肿瘤手术患者围手术期护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果：本组患者均获随访，3例发生了脑脊液漏，经积极处理后痊愈；4例发生便秘，经恰当处理后患者排便形态正常；2例手术切口发生脂肪液化，经扩创后痊愈。结论：系统、全面的护理措施是保证椎管内肿瘤手术患者手术成功的关键，可有效降低手术并发症，提高手术成功率。

To investigate the positive effect of intraspinal tumors surgery perioperative nursing intervention. 30 cases of intraspinal tumors surgery perioperative nursing interventions were analyzed retrospectively. Three patients were found of cerebrospinal fluid leakage during the fol owed up period, after active treatment were al of them cured;4 cases were found constipation, after the proper treatment defecation were normal;2 cases were found incision fat liquefaction, after debridement the incision healed wel . The systematic and comprehensive care, which can effectively reduce surgical complications and improve the success rate of surgery, was the key factor to ensure the success of intraspinal tumors surgical operation.
