卵巢癌化疗患者生活质量调查及其影响因素分析

Quality of life in ovarian cancer patients recsiving chemctherapy and its influencing factors

目的：研究卵巢癌化疗患者生活质量调查及其影响因素方法：以2012年4月-2013年10月期间在本院住院进行化疗的240例卵巢癌患者为研究对象，采用肿瘤生存质量调查量表来评价患者的生存质量，采用多元线性回归来分析影响患者生活质量的因素。结果：卵巢癌化疗患者总体健康状况的QLQ评分为（44.17＆#177;9.06），明显低于量表给定的参考值（60.70）。多因素分析结果表明年龄、文化程度和婚姻状况等因素都能影响患者的生活质量。结论：卵巢癌化疗患者的生存质量较差；除肿瘤生存质量调查量表中的指标外，影响患者生活质量的因素还有年龄、文化程度和婚姻状况。

To analyze the quality of life in ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and its influencing factors. A total 240 ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy from April 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were recruited in the study. Quality-of-life questionnaire for cancer was used to evaluate the quality of life in ovarian cancer patients, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of life in ovarian cancer patients. The QLQ score of overal health for the ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy was 44.17＆#177;9.06, which was significantly lower than the reference value （60.70）. Multivariate analysis showed that age, education level and marital status could affect the quality of life in ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. The quality of life in ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy is poor. Besides the indicators in the quality-of-life questionnaire for cancer, the factors affecting the quality of life in patients also include age, education level and marital status.
