癌痛患者家属健康教育需求的调查分析

The Investigstion of Healthy Education Needs of Cancer Pain Retlent＇s Relatives

目的：了解癌痛患者家属对健康教育的需求，以采取有效的健康教育措施。方法：采用自行设计的调查表进行调查，调查内容包括患者家属的一般资料以及癌痛患者家属健康教育需求内容、健康教育内容获得形式和方法。由家属自行填写完成，对于文化水平较低的患者家属可由经过培训的护士采用问答式填写。结果：癌痛患者家属对健康教育需求的内容包括癌痛的相关知识，镇痛方法及用药途径，镇痛药物起效时间、持续时间，费用，副作用，不良反应的处理和预防。患者家属对健康教育的需求方式和方法具有多样性，90%需求个别指导，86%需求电话咨询，69%需求可以和医护及其他家属交流，61%需求指导手册，52%的患者需求相关记录片，34%的患者需求家访。结论：加强患者家属健康教育，满足患者家属对癌痛相关知识的需求，有利于癌痛患者的疼痛控制，提高其生活质量。

To investigate the healthy education needs of cancer pain patient＆#39;s relatives, in order to adopt the effective healthy education measures. Using self-design investigation form. It includes the general data of relatives, the healthy education needs of relatives and the contents and methods of relatives to acquire healthy education. The form can be fil ed up by relatives themselves. To those lower educated relatives can fil up the form through ask-answer way by training nurse. The contents of healthy education are as fol owing：pain related knowledge, analgesic methods, using methods, the onset time and duration time of pain kil er, price, prevention of side-effects. There are diversity ways of relatives to acquire healthy education, among them,there are 90%needs individual instruction,86%needs telephone counseling , 69%needs communicate with medical staff and other relatives,61%needs healthy education pamphlets,52%needs related compact disc, 34%needs home visiting. To strengthen the relatives healthy education, in order to satisfied the needs of pain related knowledge of relatives and benefit to control the patient＆#39;s cancer pain, enhance their life quality.
