质控的精细化反馈在手术间物品管理的应用

The application of the feedbeck of quality control in the surgical goods management

目的：探讨护理质量控制的精细化反馈在手术间物品管理中的效果与体会。方法：通过“品管圈”进行护理质量控制，成立手术间物品管理小组，小组成员对手术间物品的管理存在的问题进行分析，制定相应的措施，对质控管理的全程实施精细化反馈。结果：实施质量控制的精细化反馈后，对手术间的物品管理取得了较好的效果，合格率得到了很大的提升。结论：通过实施持续质控的精细化反馈，使手术间管理更加科学合理，提高了工作效率与手术护理质量。

To explore the effect and experience of the fine feedback of quality control in the surgical management. Through the quality control circle, set up a team of Surgery goods Management , team members analyzed existing problems in surgical management of goods, formulated corresponding measures,and detailed feedback the quality management entirely. After the implementation of quality control in the fine feedback, goods management of operation were obtained the good results , the qualification rate increased greatly. Through continuous refinement feedback of quality control, operation management become more scientific and reasonable,and the working efficiency and quality of surgery nursing improved.
